JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for compliance with New Jersey casino regulations, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and overseeing and implementing compliance programs including.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Serves as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer for online and sports mobile websites associated with Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey, LLC.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining Internal Control submissions.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining tournament submissions and Marketing/Special Events controls
- Keeps abreast of current trends and practices and appropriately communicates pertinent information
- Prepares and distributes approved submissions
- Assists with the preparation of responses to proposed regulatory amendments
- Assist with or complete required regulatory filings for the state of New Jersey.
- Communicates regulatory changes to impacted operating departments
- Obtains regulatory approval for special projects or events as required
- Implements to Company’s AML Training Plan.
- Assists with developing and administering required Compliance training
- Implements the Company’s Know Your Customer Policy and Customer Due Diligence procedures
- Spearheads departmental projects and implements new procedures within department
- Assists with required Compliance Committee meetings and minutes
- Works proactively to reduce regulatory notices of violations, fines, and audit findings
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. Advanced degree, MBA, or CPA preferred. Minimum five years’ experience in casino regulatory environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Expert knowledge of New Jersey Gaming Regulations and Federal Title 31 regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with CMS, Resort Advantage, and other Compliance systems is preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
