POSITION SUMMARY:
Review insurance certificates for compliance and update insurance records in the accounting system. Provide assistance to the project coordinators, project engineers, and accounting staff as needed.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and verify incoming insurance certificates for compliance. Resolve insurance issues
• Maintain insurance records
• Assists project coordinators, project engineers, and accountants to resolve non-compliant insurance issues.
• Proactively communicate with subcontractors and brokers to obtain insurance renewals and to work through corrections on non-compliant certificates
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma/GED required
• 2-year degree preferred
• Must be willing to work from a job trailer on a daily basis
• Ability to handle multiple priorities; organizational skills and scheduling techniques
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel
