Quality Analyst

Requirements:
Completed or ongoing degree in Production, Automation, Metallurgical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (must present a graduation certificate or current enrollment proof);
Intermediate English level;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Knowledge in:
Forging processes (desirable);
Lean Manufacturing;
Technical drawing reading and interpretation, including geometric tolerances;
Metrology;
Problem analysis and solving methods (A3, Scientific Method, 8D);
FMEA and statistical tools.

Responsibilities:
Lead scrap reduction and process improvement projects;
Identify and eliminate non-standard work practices and establish GKN standards;
Understand process variation and take preventive/corrective actions;
Conduct compliance and system effectiveness audits to ensure adherence to company policies;
Evaluate and report team progress toward established goals and objectives;
Participate in the development of Design Reviews, PFMEA, and Control Plans, and plan appropriate actions to reduce RPN;
Monitor and report quality KPIs;
Conduct customer complaint analysis using the A3 method.
