Bachelors' degree or demonstrated competency in Usability, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or relevant field.
Expert knowledge of modern design/prototyping tools.
6 years of User Experience design experience or demonstrated competency.
Demonstrated ability in one more additional areas of user-centered design such as; content strategy, information architecture, or visual design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in modern research, prototyping, and design tools.
Expert knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, information architecture and interaction design.
Take ownership for self-development, stay current with design patterns, best practices, and tools in the field of UX.
Can coach and mentor others.
