As our growth continues and new contracts come online, we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to help lead and elevate our impact across a diverse range of environments.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating and delivering a range of operational projects—from reactive upgrades to strategic refurbishments and planned improvements. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks, acting as the central point of communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and high-impact results.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WITHIN YOUR SPECIFIED AREA
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle across a portfolio of facilities-related works.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver seamless outcomes.
Manage scope, budget, schedules, and risks across multiple projects.
Oversee procurement, contractor engagement, and site operations.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental standards.
Drive quality assurance and implement continuous improvement through post-project reviews.
Produce detailed documentation including risk logs, cost summaries, and milestone reports.
Chair project meetings, update stakeholders, and manage change control with confidence.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 5 years’ demonstratable experience leading projects within facilities management
or building services, with a proven track record of successful delivery across diverse
environments.
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and maintenance
practices.
Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable navigating Project Management platforms (MS Project, Primavera etc.)
