We are seeking a highly motivated, talented and organized individual to join our interactive team as a Laboratory Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our research laboratory, ensuring a productive and compliant environment for scientific research. This role involves overseeing daily lab activities, managing resources, and supporting the research team in achieving their scientific objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry) required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a research laboratory setting, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using laboratory management software and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with grant writing and management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in lab management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
