Join the Freedom Caregivers recruiting team in Mansfield and help us grow! We're looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to be a driving force in talent acquisition and assist our Director of Business Development with different marketing collaborations across our seven locations.

Position Details

Full-time office position.
Work hours daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Starting pay from $19.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive applicant screenings.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when speaking to applicants and referral sources.
Schedule and/or complete initial interviews with applicants.
Manage applicant tracking system and gather data for recruitment strategies.
Assist with different marketing projects and collaborations, as needed.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with Canva and other digital marketing tools
Prior experience in a healthcare setting

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to confidently engage in meaningful communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Interest in marketing principles
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Valid driver's license and insurance
Consistent and reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical & Mental Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, stooping, and kneeling.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds over distances of 50 feet.
