We’re seeking a dynamic Program Director to launch and oversee our new Senior Life Solutions program in Bandon, Oregon, a scenic coastal town known for its natural beauty and community spirit. Our program launches November 2025!

As Program Director, you will play a key leadership role in starting and growing this outpatient behavioral health program designed for adults 65 and older. From guiding clinical care to overseeing day-to-day operations, your work will help seniors gain emotional strength, connection, and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and daily management of the Senior Life Solutions program
• Provide supervision and support to clinical and administrative staff
• Coordinate care planning with physicians, therapists, and community partners
• Monitor program compliance, outcomes, and quality improvement
• Engage in community outreach to build relationships and promote program awareness

Ideal Candidate:

• RN,  licensure in Oregon
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health program management preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and  team leadership skills
• Compassionate, organized, and mission-driven
• Excited about shaping a new program from the ground up

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Bachelor’s degree required
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing if applicable
• Psychiatric experience preferred
• Passion for working with Older Adults preferred
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. required
