We are seeking a Sales Coordinator! You will be supporting the Outside Sales team in managing customer accounts. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills.

A Typical Day

Enter purchase orders into Star’s job tracking system.
Data processing and regular communication between internal and external customer.
Interact with customers, providing updates on deliver schedules.
Provide detailed updates on shipping information.
Coordinate the purchase order with delivery schedule for key accounts.
Assist Warranty team with claims including coordination between customers and Warranty Tech.
Process labor related records for subcontractors

Requirements

2 years of experience in a professional environment.
1 year of experience with data entry
Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of customers, both verbally and written.
Highly organized, detailed and possess strong time management skills.
Proficient in various software applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and web based applications.

Preferred Experience

Experience scheduling materials, services to end customer
Experience with building material products
