Concierge Responsibilities: 

• Assists the Admissions Director in training the admissions backup team to ensure 24/7 coverage for tours.
• Ensures and assists the facility is tour ready daily.
• Assisting the Admissions department with residents, new and current. 
• In collaboration with the Admissions Director, you will ensure welcome baskets and resident literature is stocked and ready for distribution. 
• Job description is not all inclusive, you will be closely working alongside the Admissions Director and may be required to perform more duties as necessary.

Requirements

Concierge Qualifications:

• At least 1 year or more experience in the hospitality, customer service, guest relations, and or healthcare field. 
• Advanced communication and customer relation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
