Maintenance Technician HVAC

Description

Seeking an apartments Maintenance Technician for The Meadows Apartments.

Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner:

1. Paint and pick up grounds
2. Painting 
3. Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
4. Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
5. Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
6. Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Full Time Position
• HVAC

Requirements

HVAC, ticket runner, plumbing, electrical, experience in Housing property, inspections.
