Requirements

Responsibilities:

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for accounting tasks, including, but not, limited to:

• Accounts Payable, focusing on accuracy and timeliness of entry
• Daily reconciling of transactions
• Resolving discrepancies
• Reviewing general ledger accounts
• Assisting in month-end close functions
• Assisting with Administrative tasks directed by CEO and CFO
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary

Minimum Requirements:

• Accounting or bookkeeping background required
• Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• QuickBooks or relative General Ledger experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to multitask

Compensation: $26 - $28 per hour; commensurate with experience.
