Hiring Range: $21.78 - $25.57 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Shifts May Include Nights & Weekends as Needed
Setting: Indoors & Outdoors in All Weather Conditions

What You’ll Do:
As a Security Officer, you are a vital part of our medical team. You'll support the organization through a variety of duties including:
- Regularly patrol campus every (30) minutes to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Respond calmly and effectively to suspicious behavior, potential threats, or emergencies
- Use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain peace
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist with directions, jumpstarts, escorts, and more
- Monitor surveillance cameras, secure areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Partner with local law enforcement when needed
- Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and manage access systems
What You Bring:
- HS Diploma or GED
- At least (18) months of experience in Security Officer role with a focus on customer contact via patrols
- Familiarity with card readers, surveillance systems, and basic security tech
- Valid WA State driver's license and ability to provide driving abstract
