Your role in our Mission
We are seeking a Product Operations Manager who will be responsible for enhancing cross-functional collaboration, streamlining processes, and driving operational efficiency. This is a crucial function within the product team that bridges the gap between various stakeholders and ensures seamless product development and delivery.
Some of Your Responsibilities, Core Duties and Skills will include:
Responsibilities and Core Duties:- Strengthen product feedback loop by creating and managing user feedback, opinions, and suggestions to improve the product.
- Work with Product, Developers, and Operations leaders to implement product, process, and tool improvements.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Design end-to-end operational Performance, Reliability, and Efficiency (PRE) programs, developing processes, anticipating issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Manage the product tech stack to ensure effective employment of resources.
- Oversee product quality assurance and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Define the metrics and analyze the data to improve the organization.
- Standardize communications across the organization, including documentation on processes, guidelines, and other critical materials.
- Partner with development for sprint planning and execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong documentation.
- Exceptional organizational and time management.
- Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs, translate them into actionable application and operational requirements, identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
Experience and Physical Requirements:
Experience:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or data analyst experience preferably in payments, benefits, and/or wellness.
- Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience in pivoting quickly and adapting to business needs while communicating and informing a team of shifting priorities.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain.
