Job Description

General Maintenance and Workplace Improvement Worker

We are looking for a versatile, hands-on, and autonomous employee, primarily responsible for cleaning and visually enhancing our facilities. This role is intended to ensure cleanliness, order, and a professional appearance throughout our sites by carrying out various general maintenance tasks, painting, and minor repairs.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning duties in various areas of the company (offices, common areas, restrooms, manufacturing facilities, etc.) in accordance with established standards;
Carry out painting work to refresh workspaces, correct imperfections, and improve the overall visual appearance of the premises;
Perform small repairs and manual tasks (reinstalling shelves, adjusting furniture, minor maintenance);
Keep areas clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors;
Collaborate with the building maintenance team to support their activities when needed;
Adapt quickly to changing and urgent demands in a fast-paced environment;
Manage one’s own schedule autonomously and prioritize tasks according to needs.

Working Conditions:

Day shift schedule (flexible based on projects or occasional urgent needs);
Work in various environments (offices, plants, warehouses);
Equipment provided according to tasks to be performed.

Qualifications

Strong manual skills and practical sense;
Attention to detail, thoroughness, and commitment to quality work;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Good physical condition and willingness to work hard;
Positive attitude, versatility, and team spirit;
Experience in painting or general maintenance (an asset).
