We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Jersey City, NJ. The Customer Support Assistant will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems efficiently

  • Assist with order processing, account updates, and general support tasks

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed

Qualifications
