Job Description

Pay range: $15.58 - $19.47 / hour; based on experience.

Our Inventory Control Coordinators are crucial at Chuze Fitness. They ensure that all retail inventory is received and distributed in a timely manner to the local clubs, directly impacting member experience and operational success. You'll be responsible for receiving inventory multiple times a week at our warehouse hub, delivering retail inventory to all local clubs via one of Chuze’s company box trucks, and maintaining the warehouse in a clean and organized fashion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Regularly review and complete all department and Chuze-provided training materials and updates to ensure current knowledge and compliance with company standards
Maintain effective and collaborative cross-divisional communication with all field departments and Home Office
Ensure timely delivery of all assigned inventory, loading and unloading Chuze company trucks and driving inventory to their final destinations
Leverage a WMS (Warehouse Management software) to conduct accurate reporting and shipping and receiving data
Manage and control all retail inventory for local clubs
Complete administrative tasks promptly, including email management and communication

Essential Physical Requirements:

Read, write, and speak clearly in English
Use of equipment such as a dolly, pallet jacks, etc.
Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement, including loading and unloading trucks, lifting large items
Sitting or standing for long periods
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
