Your Impact
As a Distribution Center Operator, Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth, day-to-day flow of our warehouse operations — from receiving and storage to outbound shipping. You'll lead by example, keeping things running efficiently while supporting your team and collaborating cross-functionally to keep our momentum strong.
What You’ll Do
Location: Onsite at our Pinnacle or Deer Valley Distribution Centers
Shift: Monday - Friday Days (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) or Nights (1:30 pm - 10:00 pm)
- Lead daily warehouse operations including cycle counting, transfer order release, and inventory transactions
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move materials and load/unload steel trucks safely
- Diagnose and resolve inventory issues using documentation and cycle counting to maintain 99.99% accuracy
- Drive key metrics including same-day SLA for order processing and cycle count completion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, IQC, Manufacturing, Logistics, Shipping, and Receiving
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse receiving or inventory control within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to perform accurate calculations related to inventory and order processing
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation)
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially in fast-paced, high-impact environments
- Strong communication and follow-through when partnering with cross-functional teams
- A proactive approach to feedback and collaboration — you ask questions, expect candor, and drive clarity
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and strong computer literacy
