Zuora, Inc. seeks Principal Solution Architect (Computer Systems Analyst) (multiple positions) to:

Analyze and translate complex customer business processes and requirements into detailed technical designs that align with solution architecture.
Design and integrate enterprise-level software solutions, ensuring seamless interaction between Zuora products and customer applications.
Configure and extend Zuora products to support customer-specific needs.
Conduct the design and development of business process automations, reports, connectors, and data integrations, ensuring the application of best practices.
Develop and optimize data conversions, integrations, and custom extensions to support complex customer requirements.
Provide technical support during critical project phases, including testing, debugging, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, or a related occupation. Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:

Designing and delivering complex technical solutions, with a focus on enterprise-level software and integration of customer-specific applications;
Translating business processes into technical designs and developing business process architectures to support customer requirements;
Architecting software system; and
HTML, Liquid, REST APIs, SQL.

Job Location: Redwood City, CA

Rate of Pay: $168,397.00 to $233,700.00 per year.
