About the Role

  • Leading, supervising, and coaching a team to foster a culture of diligence, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations, including ongoing and performance plans to meet department metrics.

  • Conduct orientation programs and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.

  • Develop and implement processes and/or operational improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

  • Ensure all consumer touch points occur as intended and are documented in the CRM system.

  • Ensures that all employees follow the company’s best practices for Call Center management and operations.

  • Oversee Call Center personnel to ensure compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, federal, and state Do Not Call statutes and regulations, internally and externally.

  • Assist in developing and implementing future call center vision and strategy.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in home improvement call center environment.

  • 6+ years of call center environment experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a Call Center managerial or supervisor role.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions.

  • Ability to lead and manage a large team.

  • Strong organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on changing demands and deadlines.

  • Effective corporate communication skills
