Thomas Park Design is hiring a seasoned interior designer to join our growing team. This role is for someone who knows commercial design inside and out, from concept to closeout, and brings both strategy and style to every square foot.
What You’ll DoYou’ll lead and support design projects across our key sectors: multifamily, senior housing, experience-led retail, and community spaces. From visioning and space planning to materials, mood boards, and presentations, you’ll turn insights into environments people actually want to be in. You’ll collaborate with our design and procurement teams to create spaces that are rooted in strategy, powered by story, and designed to resonate.
What We’re Looking For5+ years of commercial interior design experienceA strong portfolio that shows both design sensibility and technical skillStrategic and detail-oriented, you translate big-picture business goals into spatial strategies - without losing sight of the finish schedule or millwork detailsAbility to lead projects and present with confidence (internally and to clients)Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and industry-standard toolsA knack for storytelling through space
