About the RoleRedhorse Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to provide critical support to programs and projects within the Facilities Services Directorate at the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS). This role is vital in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Federal Facilities Division (FFD) by providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership. You will play a key part in optimizing operations and achieving the Directorate's overall objectives, directly impacting the functionality and resource management of federal facilities.

You will play a key part in optimizing operations and achieving the Directorate's overall objectives, directly impacting the functionality and resource management of federal facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and provide advice to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of branch, division, and directorate programs and operations.
- Perform analysis on the productivity and/or efficiency of individual organizational programs and projects.
- Consult with senior leadership on business needs, assisting in translating needs and requirements into analytics and/or reporting requirements.
- Interface with internal and external customers to ensure successful delivery of requirements.
- Stay abreast of current industry standards, trends, and innovations in order to apply the latest information analytics and reporting improvements.
- Advise on work methods, practices, procedures, and support senior leadership in identifying the components of a viable solution.
- Perform analysis and evaluative research utilizing qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop presentations and reports for branch/division leadership.
- Analyze data and prepare draft analysis of data for customer review.
- Prepare illustration/graphics support that requires visual display/presentations/aids, including videos and other supporting information.
- Work with two high-level acquisition and contract liaisons, handle sensitive contractual data, interpret unstructured data (a mess of emails, dates, dollar amounts, etc), do a significant amount of data entry, create systems and organizational flows, and work independently. A background or some awareness of the Gov/GovCon/DoD-ish background is a huge help since it’s acronyms all around and they will hit the ground running with no training.
Required Experience/Clearance
- Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently or under only general direction.
- Good written and oral communication skills are required.
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience OR
- Equivalency: 5 additional years’ experience can be substituted for degree requirement.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) can be substituted for the years of experience requirement.
Desired Experience
- Experience working with federal government clients.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Administration).
