Prototype Construction & Testing Specialist (m/f/x)

About the position

Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for a Prototype Construction & Testing Employee (m/f/d) to support our prototype construction team at Krautheim in Germany.

At our production site in Krautheim, we develop, produce and distribute high-quality windows, doors, skylights and roller blind systems for the caravan and RV industry.

Your main responsibilities

• Manufacturing prototypes, trade fair and sales samples
• Setting up and conducting tests as part of development projects
• Documenting results in test reports and measurement series
• Installing prototypes at the customer's site
• Carrying out and evaluating error analyses
• Supporting field tests and product tests

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

·Completed training in a technical or manual field (e.g. mechanical engineer/toolmaker, technician or similar)

·Good technical understanding and manual dexterity

·Experience with test procedures

·German as native language

·Confident use of PCs

ERP knowledge is an advantage
