The job duties for the position of Steward/Dishwasher for the Kimpton Overland Hotel includes the following tasks:

Washing, stacking, sorting, and storing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
Maintaining a clean kitchen and keeping the dish area organized.
Setting up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
Maintaining clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
Assisting with basic food preparation tasks.
Managing cleaning supplies and inventory.
Bussing tables and emptying trash receptacles.
Scrubbing floors and restocking items.
Ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are clean and prepared for guests.
