How you will contribute:- Leverage workforce metrics, industry trends, and business insights to support Regional HR Business Partners and Market Managing Partners
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Contribute to regional HR strategy development and manage implementation of programs across designated markets
- Provide guidance on employee relations, identify emerging issues, and recommend solutions
- Address performance concerns, guide disciplinary processes, and assist in offboarding discussions
- Oversee exit interviews, analyze trends, and advise leadership on findings
- Support regional efforts in retention and talent re-engagement
- Monitor documentation and resolution of performance issues
- Communicate separation details clearly to departing employees and ensure all documentation is complete
- Coach managers on performance enrichment practices and provide development support
- Use people analytics to facilitate performance reviews and succession planning
- Ensure consistent and appropriate application of HR policies
- Implement new HR policies and procedures within the region
- Respond to inquiries on policies, benefits, and general HR topics, coordinating with the HR Service Center
- Liaise with HR team members to resolve outstanding issues
- Promote compliance with employment laws and reduce organizational risk
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to ensure consistency in compensation and recognition practices
- Advocate for special programs and assist with benefits enrollment efforts

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, HR Development, or a related field
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, or the ability to learn them efficiently
- Minimum of 5 years in an exempt-level HR role
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR experience within a professional services environment
- SHRM or HRCI certification
