Employee /Manager Self- service (ESS/MSS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with a specialization in Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functionalities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP HCM ESS/MSS solutions to improve HR service delivery and empower employees and managers through digital self-service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM ESS/MSS modules, including workflows and user interfaces.
  

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and align SAP functionality with HR business processes.
  

• Customize and optimize ESS/MSS to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  

• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP HCM components and external platforms.
  

• Support HR Renewal, SAP NetWeaver Portal, and SAP Fiori implementations related to self-service.
  

• Provide post-implementation support and resolve system issues.
  

• Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  

• Ensure compliance with SAP security standards and manage role-based access.
  

• Work closely with IT and business teams to drive user adoption and change management.
  

• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors and evaluate opportunities for hybrid integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with strong focus on ESS/MSS modules.
  

• Solid understanding of core HR processes and self-service design principles.
  

• Experience configuring and supporting SAP ESS/MSS functionality.
  

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, HR Renewal, and SAP NetWeaver Portal.
  

• Proficiency in workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
  

• Understanding of SAP role-based access and HR security concepts.
  

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and integration with SAP HCM.
  

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM or SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
  

• Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.
  

• SAP HCM certification (ESS/MSS or generalist) is an advantage.
