Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of software developers, including interviewing, training and mentoring team members.
2. Assigning tasks to team members based on their skills and availability, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and meet project deadlines.
3. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or quality. Develop contingency plans to address unexpected issues.
4. Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members. Resolve technical challenges and making decisions on technology choices.
5. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and status.
6. Conduct performance evaluation for team members, provide feedback and coaching to help team members improve their skills and performance.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software development process.
8. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that software product meet quality standard and are free of defects.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a software development manager, software engineer or related technical role in technology domain areas (e.g., cloud computing, security, networking, Open API's development).
2. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
3. Experience in Microsoft SQL Servers.
4. Expert experience in C# and JavaScript, including frameworks like Angular and React and .net framework modern versions.
5. Advanced knowledge in database design and API development.
6. Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS. Relevant certifications are a plus.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
8. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
