What You’ll Do:
·Financial Reporting & Analysis
·Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and conduct variance analysis to identify performance trends.
·Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
·Budgeting & Forecasting
·Support annual budget preparation and periodic forecasts.
·Develop financial models for scenario planning.
·Process Optimization
·Improve reporting efficiency through automation and best practices.
·Ensure compliance with internal controls.
·Financial Integrity
·Review balance sheets, reconciliations, and tax compliance.
·Mitigate financial reporting risks.
·Revenue Recognition
·Verify sales accruals and support month-end closing.
·Resolve complex accounting issues.
·Stakeholder Management
·Present financial results clearly to senior leadership.
·Consolidate cross-functional reports (customer, project, commissions).
·Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
·3+ years in management accounting, audits, or controls.
·Strong knowledge of IFRS/UK-GAAP; advanced Excel & BI tools (Power Query/Pivot preferred).
·Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines.
·Excellent communication skills in English.
