Asian Development Bank (ADB) is an international development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines and is composed of 69 members, 50 of which are from the Asia and Pacific region. ADB’s Human Resources Business Partners Division (BPHP) is excited to announce an upcoming visit to Jakarta, Indonesia in the first week of September 2025. During this visit, pre-selected candidates will be interviewed by the ADB recruiters.

Relevant Experience & Requirements

ADB seeks talent who embraces our mission to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life in Asia and the Pacific. We seek candidates who have:

• A Master’s degree in relevant fields or a university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience
• At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles, 6 years for mid-level opportunities, and 10 years for senior-level roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ideally with international experience working in several countries
