Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Sales Executive to join a growing financial technology company. You’ll play a crucial role in connecting businesses with innovative payment processing solutions that streamline their operations and boost their bottom line. Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers across North America
  • Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their current payment processing needs and challenges
  • Perform live transfers to senior sales representatives for qualified opportunities
  • Schedule follow-up appointments when immediate transfers aren’t possible
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective cold calling techniques
  • Track all prospect interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily calling targets and conversion metrics
  • Research and generate new leads using provided tools and resources
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximum conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven track record in telemarketing, cold calling, or B2B sales
  • Outstanding English communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Ability to work full-time during North American business hours (EST)
  • Strong qualification and consultative selling abilities
  • Experience with modern phone dialer systems and CRM platforms
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in commission-based roles
  • Resilient personality with the ability to handle objections professionally
  • Basic understanding of payment processing or financial services (preferred)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
