This is a remote position.

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (with at least a few hours of overlap required)
Client Timezone: North American time zones
Total weekly hours: 40 Hours

Key Responsibilities

Clean, verify, and upload catalog data to the database
Handle ad-hoc data updates based on client or internal team requests
Communicate data request statuses via Zendesk to internal teams and external clients
Generate data insights and prepare reports
Run SQL queries to help troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills
SQL experience (nice to have)
