This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 20 hours/week either 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 4pm
Responsibilities:
Create engaging, on-brand social media content across various platforms
Edit short-form videos for use on Reels, TikTok, Instagram, and other channels
Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule
Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts
Engage with online communities by responding to messages, comments, and mentions
Reach out to influencers and similar brands to increase visibility and engagement
Track and report on content performance and follower growth metrics
Contribute ideas for new campaigns and audience growth strategies
Provide regular updates and recommendations on social media trends and strategies
Requirements
Portfolio or samples of previous social media work (posts, videos, or campaigns)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Previous experience managing social media accounts and creating platform-specific content
Basic proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Familiarity with video editing and design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar)
Ability to create engaging and relevant content for social platforms
Experience using scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
A proactive mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with influencer outreach or community engagement is a plus
