This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm Southport QLD
- With 1-hour unpaid lunch
- Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to two company directors
- Assist with report writing and technical document preparation
- Complete sections of town planning reports for council submissions
- Handle day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks
- Manage invoicing processes and client documentation
- Work with existing company templates and adapt to business workflows
- Potentially handle phone calls and receptionist duties as the role evolves
- Support the growing client base across separate director portfolios
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Google Suite applications
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new business processes and templates
- Experience with technical document writing and report preparation preferred
- Background in town planning, urban design, or related fields is a bonus but not required
