This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm Southport QLD
  • With 1-hour unpaid lunch
  • Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to two company directors
  • Assist with report writing and technical document preparation
  • Complete sections of town planning reports for council submissions
  • Handle day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage invoicing processes and client documentation
  • Work with existing company templates and adapt to business workflows
  • Potentially handle phone calls and receptionist duties as the role evolves
  • Support the growing client base across separate director portfolios

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Google Suite applications
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new business processes and templates
  • Experience with technical document writing and report preparation preferred
  • Background in town planning, urban design, or related fields is a bonus but not required
