Payroll Specialist

For our newly opened Service Delivery Center for Finance Operations we are looking for Payroll Specialist with Polish and French.

In the role as Payroll Specialist, you will contribute to our purpose of bringing people closer. You will ensure timely, accurate processing of payroll in compliance with government regulations. Perform workflow for accurate and timely processing of all payroll transactions. Conduct reconciliation and audits to maintain precision and compliance.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates and perform manual checks as required.
• Load import files received from HR / Workday.
• Maintain leave accruals.
• Prepare payroll journal entries.
• Perform month-close related activities.
• Reconcile monthly payroll register with books of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits and overseas/expatriate allowances within geography of responsibility.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Creating and documenting processes and procedures.

To be effective in the role, we imagine that you have

• A bachelor or master’s degree within finance, business or similar.
• Experience working within payroll function and with polish payroll.
• Experience in working within multinational or GBS/SSC organizations or interest in working in GBS/SSC.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience of ERP systems.
• Fluency in French, Polish and English.
• Collaborative approach and solution-focused mindset.
