Vi ønsker at styrke vores position i markedet og give vores kunder en unik og sublim kundeoplevelse. Vi søger nu salgsassistancer der kan gøre en forskel sammen vores team.

Du vil blive en del af Fiskars Danmark Retail, der på daglig basis arbejder med salg af Fiskars-produkter som Royal Copenhagen, Iittala, Fiskars Kitchen, Arabia samt Raadvad.

Hos Royal Copenhagen skaber vi oplevelser omkring vores fantastiske porcelæn, der er elsket og agtet af både danske og udenlandske kunder. I vores butikker er kunden i centrum, og du vil opleve at blive en del af et hold af yderst kompetente kolleger, der vil bidrage til at din hverdag bliver alsidig og spændende.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil være, at:

  • Sikre en unik kundeoplevelse og professionel rådgivning
  • Have fokus på at opnå salgsmål og KPI´er i henhold til målsætning
  • Bidrage til en positiv stemning i teamet, hvor samarbejde og tillid vægter højt
  • Deltage i events og andre kundetiltag
  • Hjælpe med ad hoc opgaver

Har du passion for at skabe den bedste oplevelse for kunden?

Vi leder efter en person, som brænder for at skabe den bedste oplevelse for kunden og dermed være med til at sikre vores fælles succes. Vi ser gerne, at du har nogle års erfaring inden for detailbranchen og kender til det med at forstå kundens behov og yde en god service. Du har let til smil og elsker at hjælpe kunder med at finde frem til netop det, de drømmer om. Videre er det vigtigt, at du formår at holde hovedet koldt i travle situationer og er en god teamplayer, som er formår at spille sine holdkammerater gode.

Vi ser gerne, at:

  • Du har erfaring med detailbranchen og kundekontakt
  • Du er udadvendt, og det falder dig naturligt at snakke med andre mennesker
  • Du har let til smil og bliver ikke slået ud af modstand
  • Du kan bevare roen i travle situationer
  • Du har gode samarbejdsevner og er en god teamplayer
  • Du er motiveret af salg og performance
  • Du kan snakke flydende dansk og engelsk
  • Du har let ved at navigere i IT-systemer

BA Vita offers premium and luxury products for the tableware, drinkware, jewelry and interior categories.
