About the Role
The Old Navy Promo Marketing Associate Manager will support the development and execution of customer-centric promotional and loyalty strategies that drive traffic, conversion, retention, engagement, and revenue. Reporting to the Promo Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in planning and executing promotional and loyalty campaigns across channels, partnering cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate, and on-brand execution of offers and loyalty moments in a fast-paced retail environment.What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and executing promotional and loyalty campaigns across email, site, app, and paid media channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and sales growth.
- Brief all promotional and loyalty content to cross-functional partners, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Manage end-to-end offer setup process, including briefing, QA, testing, and post-launch monitoring.
- Partner with key cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial Planning, Site Experience, Marketing Operations, Creative, CRM, Media, Brand Marketing and Analytics) to ensure flawless execution and communication of promotions and loyalty initiatives.
- Support the development of Old Navy promotional and loyalty calendars and campaign timelines in collaboration with the broader growth and brand marketing teams.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and competitive activity to optimize future promotions and loyalty engagement.
- Ensure all promotional and loyalty messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with brand tone and legal requirements.
- Track and maintain campaign documentation, including calendars, offer trackers, loyalty moments, and results summaries.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on promotions, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate execution and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset and comfortable working with performance data to inform recommendations.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with campaign management or project management tools (e.g., Airtable) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
