- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Stellantis account, delivering exceptional customer service as part of a full-service 3PL logistics provider.
- Coordinate closely with warehouses and internal Maersk teams worldwide to manage and monitor the handling and shipment of goods.
- Use supply chain systems focused on ocean freight to track shipments and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Maintain proactive communication with the client and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure high service quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to meet the demanding service levels required by a global automotive leader.
- Collaborate effectively within the team and across functions, fostering a culture of cooperation and problem-solving.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking initiative and driving positive outcomes, even in challenging situations.
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills to interact with global teams and clients.
- Desirable experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service roles (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead or influence others positively.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple points simultaneously.
