Join our Immigration Team as a Case Coordinator located in our Atlanta, Center for Excellence office.

This role will be based in our Atlanta office, on an in-office basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Practice Group Manager.
Position Summary
Greenberg Traurig currently has an employment opportunity for an administrative role of Case Coordinator in the Immigration Practice Group. We are a highly collaborative group. Our attorneys, paralegals, and staff work closely together in a fast-paced environment to prepare a high volume of business immigration applications. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Updates information and upload documents into an immigration case management system
Assists attorneys or paralegals with case initiation
Maintains, updates and organizes client files, assist in drafting immigrant and non-immigrant visas
Updates and maintains reports assigned, monitors immigration expiration dates
Manages caseload, and processing and distributing of essential documents
Processes incoming and outgoing correspondences
Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies:
High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks
Candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgment, excellent follow-up skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation
Education & Prior Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience desired, customer service experience a plus
Technology:
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
