Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support with recording and notifying of tenant service reports using Adroit/Simplicity

• Assist in managing assets and inventory reports

• Update vendors' and contractors' PIL, WICs, bizSAFE certifications, and other relevant documents via Adroit

• Update vendors and contractors' servicing schedules and record servicing reports

• Assist in following up with tenant arrears

• Collect UDs for new tenants and manage tenant refund requirements

• Assist with the issuance of NOLs for new tenants

• Perform any other ad-hoc Operation duties as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or any other related disciplines

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Detail-oriented and meticulous

• Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately

• Strong verbal and communication skills
