What your new challenge will look like

• Leading and developing a team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations

• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers

• Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations

• Monitoring logistics performance and costs

• Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

• You hold a university degree and have collected profound experience in managing operations

• You have more than 3 years of experience in supervising and developing an operations team

• Results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation

• Adaptability to new situations and peak operation periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving

• Strong communication skills in English and Italian
