[What the role is]

You will be part of the team that champions arts creation, appreciation, and consumption through integrated marketing campaigns. We create strategies for meaningful arts experiences that resonate with diverse audiences, while spearheading Catch—Singapore's largest arts and culture discovery platform offering personalised experiences for every user. Working closely with key stakeholders in the arts and culture scene, we're committed to enriching Singapore's cultural landscape.

In this role, you will develop and execute audience development and engagement strategies, focusing on expanding and deepening NAC's connection with diverse audience segments. Your work will directly contribute to driving arts advocacy and building a more vibrant arts ecosystem in Singapore.

[What you will be working on]

Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Support the implementation of comprehensive audience development and arts advocacy strategies

  • Monitor and analyse audience trends and behaviour changes resulting from NAC’s efforts and audiences’ deepening engagement with the arts

Data & Analytics

  • Conduct trend analysis across different art forms and audience segments to identify patterns in audience behaviour and engagement levels

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and across the arts ecosystem

  • Coordinate with marketing and programming teams at AHL for NAC-Commissioned projects such as SIFA and SWF.

  • Engage with community partners such as PA to grow arts advocacy through Arts Everywhere @CDC initiatives

Programme Implementation

  • Implement digital engagement solutions

  • Execute pilot programmes

[What we are looking for]

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing with demonstrable results

  • Good understanding of Singapore's arts and cultural landscape

  • Experience in developing innovative audience development strategies

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and digital platforms

  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Good stakeholder management and communications skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Good team player

  • Adaptable and about to thrive in a fast-paced environment
