IT Application Support Analyst (onsite)

What you will do

Johnson Controls is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic IT Operations team located in Devens, MA. The Application Support Analyst will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn about application management and operations!

How you will do it

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining applications and middleware.

• Support troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Participate in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new systems and applications.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal performance of applications.

• Document processes and procedures for application operations.

• Learn and adhere to best practices in IT operations and security protocols.

What you will need
Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Tidal or other job schedulers, Report2Web, PlanetPress, BaaN
