Job Description

Assist in running campaigns and operations for Travel Activities, Cruise & Travel Package.
Develop and execute campaign plans to drive product growth, based on strategic direction.
Liaise with marketing channel owners to ensure timely activation of all campaign, JBP and Exclusive partnership commitments.
Conduct Campaign/JBP Post Mortem Performance reviews to identify key insights and deliver data-driven recommendations for future optimization.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and strengthen market positioning.
Analyze in-app customer journeys to identify improvement areas and recommend optimizations.

Requirements

At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Travel or Tlogy Industry is a plus.
Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business related field.
Proven experience in operations optimization and user journey improvement.
Familiarity with campaign management and traffic channel optimization.
Helping analysts role to do merchandising operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
