Meet the team:

Seeking a Senior Buyer to join our team. This role involves generating and coordinating purchasing activities to support internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of inventory.

Where you come in:

• You will generate and manage purchase orders based on Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) demand and inventory requirements
• You need to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to acquire inventory efficiently
• You will support new item requests and maintain item master data within the ERP system
• You will keep track inventory availability and purchasing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as past due PO, on hand inventory, expired materials tracking, On Time Delivery (OTD) and so forth
• You will support supplier relationship management strategies and work closely with sourcing team

What makes you successful:

• Your proficiency in Oracle EBS is desirable
• You must have basic understanding on demand management and production planning
• You must be familiar with item master and bill of materials
• Nice to have experience in chemicals commodity and well versed in budget/PPV stuff
