Role Overview:


As a Senior Marketing Manager at MRI Software APAC, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts by ideating and executing multi-channel campaigns aimed at achieving pipeline targets (both inbound and outbound) and enhancing client retention.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing APAC (Living and @Work), you will work closely with the Product Marketing, Events, Brand, and Digital Teams to ensure a unified approach across all marketing activities. You will also leverage advocacy, online and in-person events, digital, social, EDM, ABM, and partnerships with industry associations to drive demand generation and build brand equity within our Commercial Real Estate and Occupier segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, focusing on generating leads and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Events, Brand, and Digital Teams - to identify target audiences and create compelling messaging that resonates with commercial real estate professionals.
  • Leverage client advocacy and testimonials to enhance campaign credibility and drive engagement.
  • Organise and manage online and in-person events in collaboration with the Events Manager, ensuring they are strategically aligned with campaign goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising, to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Establish and coordinate account-based marketing initiatives to effectively engage high-value clients and prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and key industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimisation.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance metrics, including ROI and pipeline contributions.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in campaign management, preferably within a B2B SaaS organisation.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field are preferred.
  • 6+ years Marketing Campaign Management experience
