Key Responsibilities
•  Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including installation, calibration, repair and components/power block/IBC soldering.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and process issues to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.
•  Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
•  Conduct preventive maintenance activities and document maintenance schedules and logs.
•  Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and maintenance.
•  Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for equipment failures and process deviations.
•  Provide training and guidance to production staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance practices.
•  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all activities.
Qualifications
•  Minimum of 7 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment or related industry.
•  Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
•  Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing semiconductor equipment, including experience with cleanroom operations.
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and use specialized software tools.
