About the Role
As a Director of Talent Acquisition at Analog Devices, you will lead the strategic design and execution of our global talent acquisition function in North America and EMEA, ensuring we discover, attract, evaluate, and select exceptional, diverse pipelines of candidates that align with our business needs. In this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, developing innovative approaches to talent acquisition that support ADI's position as a global semiconductor leader.
You'll be responsible for establishing and driving forward-thinking recruitment strategies that address the challenges of the highly competitive semiconductor talent market while ensuring alignment with our growth objectives and company values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning - Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs, partnering with executive leadership to forecast talent requirements across global operations
Team Development & Management - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals, establishing best practices, performance standards, and professional growth opportunities
Recruitment Process Innovation - Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes through the implementation of AI-driven tools, data analytics, and other emerging technologies to increase efficiency and quality of hire
Diversity & Inclusion Strategy - Design and champion diversity-focused recruitment strategies to build a varied talent pipeline that reflects ADI's commitment to inclusivity and supports innovation through diverse perspectives
Data-Driven Program Optimization - Lead the development of recruitment analytics capabilities, ensuring data-informed decision making and regular reporting on key talent acquisition metrics to senior leadership
Global Stakeholder Management - Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry networks to build robust talent pipelines and provide a clear, consistent experience across the organization
Must Have Skills
Strategic Talent Sourcing - Advanced expertise in developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify and engage specialized semiconductor and engineering talent globally. Ability to lead sourcing initiatives that address complex talent needs in highly competitive markets
Market Intelligence & Analysis - Mastery in analyzing global labor market trends, semiconductor industry talent landscapes, and competitor hiring practices to inform strategic recruitment decisions and ensure ADI's competitive positioning
Advanced Recruitment Marketing - Exceptional ability to direct the execution of sophisticated employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns that effectively position ADI as an employer of choice in the semiconductor industry
Executive-Level Negotiation - Expert skill in developing complex compensation strategies and overseeing high-level offer negotiations for senior positions, ensuring alignment with company guidelines while securing top talent in a competitive market
Strategic Recruiting Leadership - Deep expertise in defining comprehensive hiring strategies in partnership with executive leadership, with demonstrated ability to align talent acquisition approaches with broader business objectives and industry dynamics
Stakeholder Relationship Management - Superior ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with executive leadership, hiring managers, HR partners, and external organizations to support enterprise-wide recruitment initiatives and organizational goals
Data-Driven Decision Making - Proficiency in leveraging recruitment analytics and metrics to evaluate effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate ROI of recruitment initiatives to executive leadership
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Experience in the semiconductor, technology, or engineering sectors highly preferred
Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies at a global level
