Behavioral Health Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Program Development and Oversight:
• Provide supervision for up to 10 supervisees which may include interns, pre-licensed clinicians, and licensed clinicians; will supervise other department staff as needed.
• Provide clinical support and feedback to staff to support staff development and growth. Support pre-licensed clinicians in preparing for licensure.
• Review and monitor supervisees clinical documentation including progress notes, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans to meet compliance, regulatory, and insurance standards.
• Offer occasional direct patient support as needed, including crisis assessment and intervention
• Other duties as assigned 
   

Qualifications and Skills: Experience, Education and Capabilities

• LICSW licensure with 3 years post-independent license experience (required)
• At least two years' experience providing clinical supervision (required)
• Clinical therapy experience with patients across the lifespan through therapy services including individual, couples, family, and group work (required)
• High ethical standards and maintain professional licensing (required)
• Able to successfully complete insurance credentialing (required)
• Strong clinical documentation skills incorporating DSM-5-TR diagnoses and facilitating communication with patients and medical providers
• Strong time management skills, and communication skills
• Experience with integrated behavioral health in primary care (preferred)
• Experience with electronic health records (required) and Epic (preferred)
