• Knowledge about ISO 17025 standards

• Installation of Eppendorf general instruments.

• Attending Breakdown Service of standard & specialty instruments

• Attending Instruments Maintenance of standard & specialty equipment’s.

• Sending quotations to customers for required spares

• Achieving the Service business target

• Achieving AD Goals

• Service revenue Generation including payment collection

• Revenue management for the assigned territory

• Complaint Management for the assigned territory

• Customer Communication

• Sending Service/AMC Proposals

• Customer Presentations

• Working with the sales & service manager of the Branch

• Updating the market feedback to the management

• Daily CRM update (E365).

Your expertise

• Minimum 2 to 3 year’s industry related Calibration experience.

• Key understanding to handle customer complaints and workflows.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional experience in MS office tools is desired.

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / Diploma (ECE/ EEE or equivalent).
