Job Description

OVERVIEW
We’re a diverse, fast-growing creative studio known for crafting award-winning work across sports, lifestyle, and entertainment. We partner with bold brands and global icons to create experiences that resonate — and we’re looking for a talented Senior Art Director to help shape what’s next.
You’re a confident, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments. No task is too big or too small — you roll up your sleeves and dive in. You bring smart ideas to the table and know how to execute them visually, guiding teams and clients alike toward powerful, polished creative.
You also understand how to design for the real world — with a strong background in experiential marketing, spatial thinking, and live brand moments that leave lasting impression

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As a Senior Art Director, you’ll lead and support a range of creative initiatives — from ideation to execution. Working closely with copywriters, designers, producers, and account leads, you’ll ensure every visual touchpoint is crafted with intention and excellence.

  • Develop concepts in partnership with copywriters and strategists

  • Guide the visual identity of projects, from mood boards to final assets

  • Lead and contribute to brainstorms, pitches, and client presentations

  • Collaborate with 2D and 3D design teams to bring creative visions to life across formats

  • Concept and design immersive, experiential environments that bring brands to life in physical space — from pop-ups to activations to large-scale events

  • Provide clear, thoughtful direction and feedback to internal teams

  • Maintain creative quality control across all phases of a project

  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partner agencies

  • Stay plugged into trends in culture, design, sports, and tech — particularly within F1 and motorsports

  • Help foster a creative environment where ideas can grow and teammates thrive

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a creative or agency environment

  • Strong conceptual and executional design skills

  • A portfolio that shows both taste and versatility across mediums

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Keynote — ability to design for presentation as well as production

  • Experience working in sports, music, entertainment, and live events is a big plus (especially F1 and motorsports)

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with grace

  • Passionate about creating bold, culturally relevant work

  • Comfortable working across disciplines and with multidisciplinary teams
